I appreciate the renovation and your ambition. But I'm not understanding your approach to this Project. There are literally thousands of loose bricks and damaged mortar that need to cut out and repointed with new mortar in order to stabilize the walls and the structure. Mearly plastering over it and pushing plaster into the joints is just lazy and dangerous in my opinion.
